SUMMER FARMHOUSE ALE

Summer Madness is our crushable Summer Farmhouse Ale, lightly dry hopped with fruity El Dorado, Jaryllo, Cascade and Simcoe hops. Our Summer Ale is brewed with pilsner malt and wheat, then fermented with our house farmhouse yeast strain. Summer Madness is full of lemon/ lime zest aromas and flavor and a touch of funk. Crisp and refreshing!

CASCADIAN DARK ALE | BLACK INDIA PALE ALE

Doll’s Eye CDA is a hoppy dark ale with pleasant notes of malt roastiness. Doll’s Eye is brewed with generous amounts of Cascade and Nugget hops, giving our CDA its piney and floral hop character.

DOUBLE IPA

Island in the Sun Double IPA is brewed with copious amounts of Mosaic, Simcoe and Bravo hopsand fresh pineapple. Island in the Sun's tropical fruit flavors play well atop a lighter, yet hearty grain bill. Juicy and smooth through to the very last sip.

BLUEBERRY BERLINER WEISSE is our spin on the classic German sour style.  Brewed with over seven pounds of blueberry purée per barrel, our Berliner Weisse is flavorful, tart and refreshing.

BLOOD ORANGE INDIA PALE ALE

Blood Money is a super juicy Blood Orange IPA, with aroma and flavor bursting at the seams.  Bravo and Cascade hops and a hearty grain bill complement the juiciness of the blood orange.

IMPERIAL AMERICAN BLACK ALE

Day Without a Dawn is our Imperial American Black Ale aka Cascadian Dark Ale/Black IPA.  Six specialty malts were used to create a complex symphony of roasted malt flavors, including chocolate, black coffee and dark cherries.  With over 4 lbs of hops per barrel, Day Without a Dawn is intensely earthy and piney and makes for a tasty experience.

BELGIAN-STYLE TRIPEL

Tripel Deke features intense fruit notes from Belgian yeast esters, mild spice character from European hops and sweet flavors of dark candy sugar.  At 8.5% abv, our Belgian-style Tripel is deceptively smooth and warms just the right amount.
